White Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies from Instant Pudding Mix

In this recipe, making pudding cookies requires a combination of making cookies from scratch with the addition of instant pudding in the mix. These cookies came out great. We served them for our little get together for the New Year. The short video below was the source. But we used white chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Ingredients:
  • 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips

Directions: How to Make White Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies from Instant Pudding Mix

1. Preheat oven to 375 deg F.

2. In a large mixing bowl, add butter, brown sugar & white sugar. Beat until smooth.

3. Add pudding mix and vanilla extract. Continue to beat.

4. Add eggs and continue to beat until well-mixed.

5. Add flour and baking soda. Continue mixing until well-blended.

6. Add chocolate chips and fold them into the cookie dough.

7. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place a tablespoonful of cookie dough 1-inch apart.

8. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
