Not just for breakfasts, I eat scrambled eggs for lunch and snacks often. Sometimes, even for dinner.
Cheesy Scrambled EggsDirection:
- 2 large brown eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 oz half and half
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Break eggs in a bowl with half and half. Whisk well.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium flame.
Add the eggs and cook for a minute or two.
Sprinkle cheese and remove the pan from heat. Set aside until cheese has melted.
Add salt and pepper.
