Garlic Knots Using Pizza Dough

This is a really easy snack to make. You can use any store-bought pizza dough. The ones here are from Trader Joes. The video below is what I used.

Ingredients:
  • 1 bag pizza dough
  • 1 bottle olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 5 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup parsely (chopped)
  • pinch of salt

Directions: How to make pizza dough garlic knots?

1. Flatten pizza dough using flour to keep it from sticking. Cut flattened dough into 1-inch strips.

2. Take each strip and tie it into a knot. Place in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Brush olive oil on each knot. Set aside so that it may rise. It should take 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours.

4. When the dough has risen, bake in preheated oven at 400 deg F for 14 minutes or until golden brown.

5. While the dough is baking, make the garlic butter coating. In a medium sauce pan over low heat, add butter, garlic, parsely and salt. Stir until well mixed.

6. When the dough is done baking, brush the garlic butter coating liberally onto the garlic knots.

7. Serve and enjoy.

For something tasty, try this crock pot pizza. It's easy to make and tastes great.
