No Bake Sea Salt Caramel Fudge

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsps light corn syrup
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • sea salt to taste
Directions:

Prepare a 8x8 inch square pan by lining it with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

In a medium sauce pan, melt butter over low heat. Once butter is completely melted, add condensed milk, sugar and corn syrup. Stir for 10 minutes or so until sugar is dissolved.

Increase heat to medium and bring to simmer while continuing to stir. This should take about 5-8 minutes.

Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips. Stir until chocolated is melted and texture is smooth.

Spoon into square pan. Smoothen out top as necessary. Sprinkle sea salt to taste.

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Better overnight.

Remove from pan. Peel off the parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Cut up into squares before serving. Enjoy!

Can No Bake Fudge Be Frozen?

If you have leftovers and won't be eating your fudge for the next few days, it's best to freeze them. Then when you're ready to eat them again, just thaw them out in room temperature for 20 minutes or so. It's better that way.
