I love potatoes. In fact, my most popular post from Pinterest is a recipe for baked garlic potatoes. See it on Pinterest.

This recipe, in the meantime, is for air fryer roasted potatoes. And it's just as amazing. Just as important, it's really easy to make. And you can use any seasoning of your choice. Play around with it and try different seasoning.

For this particular serving, I just used Lawry's Garlic Salt.

Easy Air Fryer Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2-3 medium-size potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • seasoning to taste

Directions: How to roast potatoes in an air fryer

Step1. Wash and cut potatoes into cubes and place into a medium-sized stainless steel mixing bowl. Any mixing bowl would work, too.

Step 2. Add olive oil. Add seasoning. I tend to just eyeball the amount of seasoning, but 1 tsp is a good place to start, then add more to taste. Mix well.

Step3. Roasting potatoes in an air fryer is simpler than you think. Simply just place potatoes in your air fryer. Set it for 385 deg F for 10 minutes. Then shake it up or mix around in the basket. Spray cooking oil if needed.

Step 4. Raise fryer temperature to 400 deg F. Fry for 10-15 minutes till golden brown.

Step 5. Best serve while hot. Enjoy.
