Roasted Cabbage with Kielbasa

Roasted Cabbage

  • 1 large head of cabbage
  • 1 large white onion
  • 2 pounds top-quality kielbasa
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 deg F.

Slice cabbage into 1-inch bite-sized pieces and arrange on a large baking pan.

Cut onion into wedges and place on and around cabbage.

Season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle oil over cabbage and onion.

Place kielbasa over vegetables.

Roast in oven for 20 minutes. Then remove from oven and cut kielbasa into smaller pieces. Mix up cabbage and onions. Place kielbasa pieces back on top of vegetables. Reduce heat to 375 deg F and roast for another 30 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
