- 3 Tbsp of Sour Cream
- Zest of 1 Small Lemon
- ¾ cup of Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Bean Paste (or vanilla extract)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp of All Purpose Flour
- ¼ cup of Melted Unsalted Butter
- 2 ½ cups of Fresh Pitted Cherries
- 1/3 cup of Granulated Sugar
- 2 Tbsp of Corn Starch
- 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
