These truffles are amazing for Christmas and the holidays. You can use them as dessert or wrap them up as gifts to your friends and families. They're easy to make, too.
- 1 Frozen Cheesecake (see Directions below)
- 1 package Chocolate or Candy Melts
- 1 bottle Chocolate Drizzle
Make the cheesecake however you want. You can buy them pre-made or make it yourself from scratch. Here is a recipe to a New York style Cheesecake in this blog.
Use a melon baller to scoop out balls of frozen cheesecake. Be sure to scoop a little bit of crust along with cheesecake for each bite.
Melt some candy melts according to the package. Could be chocolate if preferred.
Use a spoon to carefully dip the frozen cheesecake balls in the melted candy. If your bites get too warm pop them back in the freezer for ten minutes. They are much easier to dip if they are frozen.
Top with a drizzle of white chocolate or sprinkles. Chill until you're ready for serving.
