Cheesy Mushroom Pull Apart Bread

A fun snack anytime. Easy to make, but needs practice to get it looking right.

  • 1 package (12 oz) Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Diced Green Onions
  • 1 loaf of Sourdough Bread
  • 12 oz Provolone Cheese
  • Olive oil or melted butter

DIRECTION: How to make pull apart cheese bread

Step 1. Cook mushrooms in butter or olive oil for 3 minutes then set aside.

Step 2. Slice provolone cheese thinly.

Step 3. With a serrated knife, cut up sourdough bread like in the video below.

Step 4. Stuff bread with mushrooms, green onions, and sliced cheese.

Step 5. Drizzle olive oil or butter over the bread.

Step 6. Wrap in aluminum foil.

Step 7. Bake at 350 deg F for 15 minutes.

Step 8. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
