My aunt gave me a couple of pre-made tart shells. So I made a strawberry and blackberry fruit tart. Recipe for the cream cheese filling is the usual fruit tart that I like from Food Network. Namely,

- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
The difference, of course, is the topping with blackberries and slices of strawberries on this version and plum, peach and kiwi in the other version.
