Dessert Crepes

  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt

Needless to say that making crepes is not like making pancakes though they can be eaten for breakfast. Just like pancakes! But that's a subject for another post. These are dessert crepes. Watch this video if you haven't cooked crepes before:

My recipe is slightly different from the video, but the general method is noteworthy. Also, I layout the batter so thin that I don't usually flip the crepe.

As for the filling, almost any chopped fruits and nuts will work complemented with nutella, cream cheese, peanut butter, blueberry jam, strawberry jam, any jam, and/or whip cream. Toppings are usually chopped fruits, nuts, powdered sugar, a scoop of whip cream, a drizzle of nuttela, chocolate syrup, and ice cream. Really basic stuff for making desserts like crepes.
