Thanksgiving dinners are exciting and a time well spent with family. The next few days after the dinner can be a dilemma for some, especially the host, because of so many leftovers. But it's a good dilemma. We all like to be creative with our leftovers, specially the turkey. How many ways can you eat and finish up leftover turkey? Here are three simple and easy ways to do so.

1) Turkey Sandwich


Easily the most popular way to finish off leftover turkey because, face it, making a turkey sandwich is a no-brainer. Basically, slices of turkey and anything else you can fit in between two pieces of bread. Here are some examples:

Include carrots, celery, potatoes, and any other veggies to your liking and you'll have a great few days of delicious, hearty cold weather stew.

3) Turkey Taco
