There are a couple of ways to cook chicken wings. I've seen them grilled, baked, and deep fried. At home, I deep fry them for 20 minutes or so. Deep frying seems to work best for me.

After draining the oil, I mix in the sauce made up of the following ingredient:

Let the sauce set in, then serve.- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 bottle Durkee hot sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 10 shakes Tabasco
- 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
