3 Easy Leftover Turkey Ideas and Recipes After Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving dinners are exciting and a time well spent with family. The next few days after the dinner can be a dilemma for some, especially the host, because of so many leftovers. But it's a good dilemma. We all like to be creative with our leftovers, specially the turkey. How many ways can you eat and finish up leftover turkey? Here are three simple and easy ways to do so.

1) Turkey Sandwich


Easily the most popular way to finish off leftover turkey because, face it, making a turkey sandwich is a no-brainer. Basically, slices of turkey and anything else you can fit in between two pieces of bread. Here are some examples:

Requires more steps than when making a sandwich, but can be fun. Essentially, making a leftover turkey stew needs the bones and skins of the turkey to make stock. Meat must first be stripped from the bones and can be used for sandwiches or made part of the stew. Include carrots, celery, potatoes, and any other veggies to your liking and you'll have a great few days of delicious, hearty cold weather stew.

3) Turkey Taco
