- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- parsley (to taste)
- provolone cheese
- 1 package (3 oz) mozzarella cheese
- 1 roll of bread
Preheat oven to 375 deg F
Make multiple slices on bread roll without cutting all the way through so that the bottom crust holds the bread together.
Melt butter in a bowl using a microwave. Add salt, garlic and parsley and mix with a fork.
Spread a layer of butter mix on each slice of bread. Cut up slices of provolone cheese and insert one into each gap of bread slices. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top of bread roll. Do the same with parsley.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and mozzarella begins to turn gold.
Best serve while still hot.
